Default New NPC: Hair Stylist

Some of us get tired of our characters' haircuts. Why not have a new NPC than can change the hair colour/style of your character?

There have been many(MANY) threads started about the desire for a hair style/color, face, height change option.
However, the answer that has been given at this time, mostly due to no official response(that I have seen), is a no.
Lovitar explained in a post, and I'm going to paraphrase, that upon char creation your looks are set and kept as your primary file in the GW database. That info is you and cant be altered by the way it is set up. This is how I understood what was explained.

However, the option to change char looks (not name) is what I would like to see implemented whenever GW2 comes out.

You might want to check out the Index of Ideas for starters. Then use the search button to find the dozens of other threads just like this.
